On Monday, Yelp Elites and guests took a bite out of Sauce Pizza & Wine, a new business in Uptown which is also a first for the franchise — Albuquerque is their first out-of-Arizona market. If the response of our Yelp community is any indication of the fandom they’re heading for, they’ve struck foodie gold. Simply stated, Sauce put on a culinary clinic, introducing wine after salad after bruschetta after pizza after pasta after cannoli, a full two-hour ride that had everyone snapping photos, posting on social and saying “I can’t wait to come back here.” But don’t take our word for it, check out the fantastic reviews, and peep nearly 200 crowd-sourced photos.
